I think they are from shaving but I am not sure.
They don't bother me or itch me at all but they look strange enough.
In the last picture i am pressing my testicles so they can be seen better
Can you please tell me your opinion ?

Hey they are fordyce spots it normal for some guys to have them. I think there is nothing much really you can do about them they may reduced in time.
