Need help with diagnosis

Hey guys!Glad this forum exists! I need help diagnosing these.Ive been having them for three weeks now.Dermatologists appointments are really hard to get here in Berlin, and half of them dont seem to be very familiar with their job so i need your help diagnosing these.Im 26,healthy,in a relationship.First Lesion appeared 3 weeks ago and went through different transformations.The first lesion is the most consistent and is still the biggest one.Now it looks mire like a burn than anything else. Other lesions appeared a couple of days ago,some have disappeared already.new lesions seem to appear over night.Except if the first lesions which is about the size of a pencil eraser,the newest once are really tiny. Is this molluscum contagiosum? Please help guys! imageimageimage
