Need help with ED and possible peyronies

I am 18 years old and have had ED problems for as long as I can remember atlas 3 years. I am unable to get erections and do not wake up erected. My penis is usually in a shrunk and tensed up or hardened state. I masturbated a lot when i was younger and was wondering if maybe that is my problem. My penis is bent to the left and twisted and has a narrowing hourglass type shape at the type and an occasional lump on the right side with bulging veins. I have cut down masturbation to none or les then 1 time per week. I am seeing a physical therapist for pelvic floor tension and currently take gallium suppositories but nothing is helping. If you have any advice, questions or answers it would be greatly appreciated. Here are pictures of my penis

Assuming you are really serious [those pictures show pretty good erections] your penis looks pretty normal to me.  Not peyronies which is far more severe.  Most men's penises [hm that implies we have more than one - most of us don't but you know what I mean] curve from the base to either left or right. This is quite normal.

Masturbation in your younger years does not have any physical effect on future sexual performance it is normal and a part of your sexual growth.

If you are - however - worried or guilty for whatever reason about this [upbringing or religion for example] then it may be unconscious thoughts that are hindering your erections.

Not everyone wakes up erect and clearly if you masturbate "once a week" you can get erect with stimulation.  I would guess the definition of ED is being unable to get an erection when you are being stimulated.

The penis is normally in a flaccid/floppy state.

I have no idea why you would be prescribed "gallium supositories" - they are apparently used mainly for control of infections.

Are you in UK?  Under NHS?  Or somewhere obscure?

Thank you for your reply and concern. And I am very serious about this have struggled with it for over 3 years. I might get a full firm erection every 2-3 months if that. When I do masturabte it is never fully hard only half way if that. I have been to urologists and will be getting a ultrasound but I take Valium suppositories for pelvic floor muscle spasms.

Ah that makes sense "Valium suppositories" not "Gallium suppositories"

As Valium is a relaxant is that perhaps a clue.  Did it change when you started taking these?

Not much if any at all. I'm really concerned about the hour glass shape at the top of my oenis and the bulge on the right

Please believe me that it is well within the realms of "normal".  Penises do - as I have said - come in different sizes, colours, shades and appearance. There is nothing out of the ordinary in yours.   Appears quite big too!

I was "lucky" in that at boarding school - long long ago - there were communal showers and bathing so you got to see what other boys had got.  There were also mediacl examinations by a doctor at various times in your stay so theyw ould have picked anything serious up.

I think simon is quite right  - you have a normal looking faccid penis and a perfectly normal healthy erect penis. All the lumps and bumps you perceive in the flaccid state are evened and smoothed out when you are hard. And I guess that is the bottom line - you want a normal erect functioning penis. Most of the time no one else will see your flaccid penis, and only a select few will have the pleasure of seeing your erection.

I wonder whether your penis anxiety is spilling over and making you worried about erections, and thus causing your erection to fail when you are most wanting it to work. There is huge psychological overlay with men and their equipment, if it fails once you worry it will happen again, and because you are worrying it does fail and then you have a self fulfiling prophesy, and a vicious cycle of anxiety and failure with no way out.

Hopefully you can be reassured about your penis, its normality, and your erection which is impressive and normal. Once you realise that hopefully you can get back to enjoying the best bit of kit guys were ever provided with, and not worry about getting hard but just let it happen. For heave sakes don't go looking at porn for affirmation - guys there are doing porn for a reason, because partly i guess they have kit that is impressive, but it ain't real life for most men with averagre normal penises, that sometimes don't behave, ie are not every ready and hard at the mere mention of a lady (or gent, to be totally inclusive here)

I realize that this is over a year old but did your visit to the urologist reveal anything? I am having very similar symptoms right now and I'm scared it may be peyronies. I have the same distortion when my penis is flaccid but its perfectly straight when im erect. No pain, no curve, no scar tissue i can feel/see. Please respond!
