Need help with ED and possible peyronies

I am 18 years old and have had ED problems for as long as I can remember atlas 3 years. I am unable to get erections and do not wake up erected. My penis is usually in a shrunk and tensed up or hardened state. I masturbated a lot when i was younger and was wondering if maybe that is my problem. My penis is bent to the left and twisted and has a narrowing hourglass type shape at the type and an occasional lump on the right side with bulging veins. I have cut down masturbation to none or les then 1 time per week. I am seeing a physical therapist for pelvic floor tension and currently take gallium suppositories but nothing is helping. If you have any advice, questions or answers it would be greatly appreciated. Here are pictures of my penis

Masturbation in your younger years does not have any physical effect on future sexual performance it is normal and a part of your sexual growth.
If you are - however - worried or guilty for whatever reason about this [upbringing or religion for example] then it may be unconscious thoughts that are hindering your erections.
Not everyone wakes up erect and clearly if you masturbate "once a week" you can get erect with stimulation. I would guess the definition of ED is being unable to get an erection when you are being stimulated.
The penis is normally in a flaccid/floppy state.
I have no idea why you would be prescribed "gallium supositories" - they are apparently used mainly for control of infections.
Are you in UK? Under NHS? Or somewhere obscure?

As Valium is a relaxant is that perhaps a clue. Did it change when you started taking these?

I was "lucky" in that at boarding school - long long ago - there were communal showers and bathing so you got to see what other boys had got. There were also mediacl examinations by a doctor at various times in your stay so theyw ould have picked anything serious up.

I wonder whether your penis anxiety is spilling over and making you worried about erections, and thus causing your erection to fail when you are most wanting it to work. There is huge psychological overlay with men and their equipment, if it fails once you worry it will happen again, and because you are worrying it does fail and then you have a self fulfiling prophesy, and a vicious cycle of anxiety and failure with no way out.
Hopefully you can be reassured about your penis, its normality, and your erection which is impressive and normal. Once you realise that hopefully you can get back to enjoying the best bit of kit guys were ever provided with, and not worry about getting hard but just let it happen. For heave sakes don't go looking at porn for affirmation - guys there are doing porn for a reason, because partly i guess they have kit that is impressive, but it ain't real life for most men with averagre normal penises, that sometimes don't behave, ie are not every ready and hard at the mere mention of a lady (or gent, to be totally inclusive here)

I realize that this is over a year old but did your visit to the urologist reveal anything? I am having very similar symptoms right now and I'm scared it may be peyronies. I have the same distortion when my penis is flaccid but its perfectly straight when im erect. No pain, no curve, no scar tissue i can feel/see. Please respond!
