Need help with fatigue

Hi! I have been having aches in my joints and also in some muscles. A few months back I started getting aches in my ankles, the tops of my feet, knees, elbows and fingers. Sometimes my neck too. My left arm is giht and I get tingly feelings in two of my fingers. I get this in my feet randomly as well. My doctor thought it was Lyme Disease but tested me for a wide variety of things suchs as RA, ANA, Lupus, other tick borne illnesses (I hike a lot) and some other things I dont even remember. All came back negative so she referred me to a rheumatologist.

My biggest problem is I'm exhausted all the time. My appointment isn't until August so I'm looking for advice on how you deal with the fatigue? I was tested for low iron and b-12 and she said I was normal for those. Can anyone share with me ways they help increase their energy? I walk at a high speed on the treadmill for an hour 3-4 times a week. Some days I'm too tired to exercise. I used to run a few days a week and walk the other days.

Thank you for your time.

Has your dr tested for mycoplasma, parvo, and Epstein-Barr and or the Lymes test where they can grow the actuall bug? Lymes can cause your symptoms and a negative test really does NOT mean you do not have Lymes.

I do not believe I have had any of those tests. I still have another month until I see the rheumatologist so I will definitely inquire about all of that. Thank you!
