Need help with managing HS flare up

I'm newly diagnosed with HS but have been suffering with it for years. Recently I've been having flare ups in the same spot maybe centimetres away from eachother. It's incredibly painful and I can barely sit. Is there anything I can do to stop it coming back in the exact same area non stop?

Any advice is greatly appreciated as all of my dermatologists have told me it is what it is and there's nothing to be done.
