Need help with my lieing problem

I have a problem with lieing it just comes so easy. All the time I lie before I have Rome to really think about it and it is starting to affect my wife and kid. I have a great fear that I am driving my family away from me and I can't stop. I go to the doc. This week any idea on how I can stop?

    I have been married over thirty years, we both never lie. To lie is a sign of weakness, and shows you have no respect for those who love you. To lie can be habit forming and can lead to many problems where the person lied to will balk and be unable to trust you

    Carry on you may lose your Wife ?

    This is not a health problem, however you need to ask yourself what you want in your life. If there is something that has caused the problem attend to it

    I think you need to sit and think about why you feel you need to lie.  There must be something that makes you feel that you have to do this. 

    This I agree is not medical but it seems to be habit forming and once the lie starts you have to continue the lie to make it continue.
