Need some advice is this Terry Nails

just looking for fellow members input or in the same boat as me or have terry nails... my toenails not in the best shape from years of not cutting properly are very brittle white and a faint pinkish band near the tips if you google it comes up as terry nails and some pretty serious conditions etc.... ive recently been blood tested for diabetes and came back slightly above normal and was told i dont have diabetes and cholesterol is fine years ago i was diagnosed with a fatty liver never really followed up on that with so many conditions it could be ... doctor does not think its terry nails and trying to convince him to do bloods on my liver and full cbc and thyroid too rule out any withstanding fears and issues im so fearful of health related illnesses... im overweight and dont know if that could cause this or maybe its just all in my head any advice from fellow members would be great thank you..imageimage
