yeah ive only been on them about two weeks, the dizzy light headedness, fuzzy head, thing is quite normal to start with, to me it feels like im a bit drunk, i am noticing tho that every day that feeling is lessening as my body gets used to the meds, i think most people heve that when they first take serteline, it should pass with time, dont worry to much, but maybe speak with your doc, depending what dose your on, i was on 50mg for a week and that feeling went away, then uped my dose to 100mg and it came back again, but 5 days into that now, and its becoming less again. dont worry, just rest up and take time for yourself if you can. all the best G

Also i don't know what time of day you take it, i take it in the morning, as that's what suits me, but you could maybe try taking it before bed, that way your sleeping through the initial side effects your having. It can be taken at anytime day or night as long its roughly the same time each day. but as i said before that feeling should pass, within a few weeks. If you look at other posts on this form you'll see that this is quite common when starting on serteline, but the long term benefits seam to be positive.

How much mg of sertraline are you taking ? Also did the doc give you a benzo like Xanax or klonopin to take along with it? As the start up symtops are pretty rough. Hang in there, give it 4-6 weeks to completely settle in your system and you should see results soon, also what are you taking the meds for ?
