I've been having stomach problems for
About a month now . I was diagnosed with anxiety about 6 years ago . I chose not to take medication an education myself on anxiety . Better said then done . I've overcome it so far . Not one medication was taken !!! But my stomach symptoms have worsen . I've learned to live with it but this past month have been the worse . My stomach is bloated , burns , an I've been having issues with using the restroom, I refuse to go get checked , health anxiety has made me scared to go
To the doctor or hospital. I lived in those places when I was diagnosed with anxiety an every visit doctors assured me I was healthy. Five years later I find myself with stomach issues .
Bloating
Burning
Fullness
Pooping problems
Tiredness
Irritated stomach
Irritated mostly on my right side .
Someone please tell me I'm not the only one an what I need to do to ease this crap!!!!
Texas food just ain't doing any good to me 😣

Sounds to me like IBS c. Have you tried
Getting off gluten and diary. It helped me
Also try a high fiber diet. See if that helps.
Doctors do not have a clue on how to treat it. So you just have to do trial and error with foods and keep a log on what works and
What causes issues. That's what I did. Good luck!

I really hope
That's what it is , it's so uncomfortable when I sit down . Especially on my right side feels like a air pocket I can't get rid of . I took a laxative a few nights ago & it was the worse feeling every after . My stomach was so irritated I didn't know what to do .

I started taking Prilosec it helped but stopped unfortunately smh ... I finally had a peaceful bowel movement this morning which I haven't done in a month ! Thinking it had something to do with what I ate the night before , steamed broccoli an string beans with sticky white rice ? I don't have the bloating feeling right now which I've had for a month straight . Hopefullly it stays gone for the whole day I'm tired of feeling this way. I'm gonna try the peppermint tea to see if it will help . Been debating to go to the doctor an putting it off as much as I can . I reall appreciate the replies it's easing my mind a lot ! Not to mention all this gargling in my stomach lol ! This has been making me think the worst !
