Hi everyone, I am going to start healthy eating as from tomorrow to see if it helps control the LS, I know I have to cut out sugar and just basically eat better as my diet is horrendous at the mo. Could anyone recommend any supplements vitamins that are anti inflammatory? I don't even know know where to begin. Thanks in advance

Vitamins B and D are a must. Try to avoid wheat, barley and rye as much as possible, stay hydrated, and aviod stress as much as possible!

tracy there is a lot of very accessible info on the internet, also many books. Probably at your local library. Just google anti inflammatory diet. If you have a local health food store with knowledgeable people you could ask them for advice re supplements.

Hi Tracey, healthy eating starts with lots of vegetables and fruit as the main part of your diet. Adding a protein of your choice keeps your muscles strong. Avoiding bad carbs, such as all the things we like to Nosh on late at night is a must! LOL

Adding a good multivitamin, vitamin C, fish oil, curcumin and tumeric is a good start. Are you familiar with and have you checked out an experiment with Borax on this website?

Borax worked absolute wonders and continues to do so in keeping my LS under control! God bless you and go before you

Hi Tracy, look for Sodium Borate .....in the U.S. it is sold in all grocery stores as a detergent! It is truly amazing, but I would encourage you to look up the discussion on Borax, it is Very enlightening and full of real life testimonials that has gone on for years! May God guide you to health and healing!
