hi im Charlie a few years back i found a few lumps on my testicles ive had them ultrasounded and there cysts but the last 2 days when u touch the top of my testicle i get a sharp pain like a throbbing stabbing pain,when i cross my legs or put any pressure on the top,its only in a certain area not the whole testicle,obv doctor google said its testicle cancer and now im frecked to death please help

dont google! most conditions have very similar symptoms. pain is so common in most conditions.
if it was cancer youd be very ill by now. cysts can cause sharp pain., they probably never went away.
for your peace of mind, have it checked again. but remember, google always gives the extreme cases, not what is most commonly the cause of symptoms.take care❤
