Need some suggestions concerning autoimmune

Hi Everyone ,

I have sjogrens and cutaneous lupus along with asthma and HSV 1 . I recently had an asthma attack and i was put on a short dose of prednisone and montelukast ( singular ) . The prednisone caused an outbreak . So i took the prescribed dose of 3 days of valtrex. It did help but after a few days it came back. So now am wondering if the montelukast can trigger an outbreak or maybe i need to take the valtrex on a daily basis because of my autoimmue. Any suggestions concerning this would be greatly appreciated. Am so frustrated .Thanks for all your help .

    i have severe asthma and take montelukast daily, so far its not caused any issues. But my sjogrens is not under control so I cant know if it would cause a flare up.
