Need some tips

Just been diagnosed so any help will be useful, doing hot compass also tea tree oil cleansing have it in one eye only , is there any drops that will help??

    Be careful when useing the tea tree oil,it can harm you're sight if you arent very careful..

    Only a drop mixed with no tears baby shampoo.

      Thanks I will try that,  doctor said 50 50 water and tea tree oil found that much too strong.
