Hope you're all doing really well and losing lots.
I'm a bit down today as just started week 3 so weighed myself this morning and after doing okay in week 1 (3.5lbs), last week I only lost half a pound. Gutted, have been really really good. So in 2 weeks I've only lost 4lbs.
Think I may not be eating enough fat. You lot are great!! I wouldn't have known that if it wasn't for you.
Just thrown myself around the lounge on the Wii and doing Aqua fit again tomorrow. Fingers crossed for next week.......
