I'm only 20 years old and I'm experiencing dryness in my vaginal area and it very irritating and im just now getting over bacteria vaginal someone help me out

Tmi.... But before I had bv i had normal discharge and I was always wet down there then when I had sex with this guy unprotected I got bv a itching burning tingly sensation thru me and now I'm dry in my vaginal like im going thru menapose and my discharge color has been different colors lately
