Need to identify and learn how to treat

Okay i have this rash/scab on my chin that wont hill and just popped up out of know where it scabs up kinda green cracks and pills off and oozes plasma like stuff and repeats never has happened before and dont know what its from or how to make it hill

Please help

    It came up after my face broke out with zits and i was poping them but i never touched this part of my face when doing so but thats all i can really think of that would have made this start its almost lime a carpet burn friends have said it might be a cold sore type thing but its on my chin not lip and also not a bump but more of a rash

    Try hydrogen peroxide and an antibiotic ointment.
