ive been holding on for over 15 minutes, can i do anything else or must i carry on holding ?
this is third time today, waited 22 annd 28 minutes before and gave up
please say there is another way to inform them of my change of addy !

Unfortunately not i'm afraid. Do you also claim housing benefit and if so have you moved to a different location with a different local council or the same one?

Sometimes the wait can be as long as 45 minutes, my advise it to keep holding because everytime you ring back and try again you have the same problem because you've lost your place in the queue.

I know trying to get threw it's terrible keep trying or ring them 8.30 on dot
