i'm assuming you have seen your doctor because you have a heart monitor? Have you had any other test done with results?

let me explain a little bit about anxiety first.

all anxiety starts in the brain. When you get anxious about something, your brain thinks you are  in danger so it sends out a hormone called adrenaline to protect you. Some of the effects of adrenaline are racing heart, faster breathing, and others .

when you get the racing heart, that makes you more anxious so the brain sends out more adrenaline. It's a vicious circle!

to break the cycle, you need to work on calming down your brain. Sounds like you have been overcome by fear. Don't let fear take you over. You have to fight for yourself.

first of all, is there anyway you can speak to a counselor about this? This is very difficult sometimes to overcome on our own and it helps to vent to someone else who can help. They see this every day.  they can help you get to the reason why you have anxiety in the first place and help you work through it. I highly recommend this.

secondly, there are excellent audio meditations on YouTube that deal with anxiety, panic attacks, sleeping, depression etc. there are many to choose from. They calm down my mind and body completely and my symptoms fizzle away. They also teach us  how do you separate negative thinking from ourselves.

if you're having a panic attack you can also search YouTube for panic attack emergency and they will help you. Several to choose from. There are videos on how to get in control and prevent panic attacks. Very good information!

I really think these can help you a lot!

I use my earbuds, lie down and listen a couple times a day.

Next, I highly recommend a book called mindfulness. It teaches us what we need to know in order to manage  anxiety and panic attacks. In the book they teach us that whenever you are feeling anxious, with negative thoughts you need to focus on the here and now to get away from that. You focus on your breathing where are you slowly inhale through your nose for about five seconds then exhale through your lips like you're blowing out a candle slowly. Think of how the air feels coming in and going out. This keep you in the present moment. It's very helpful.

just remember that any symptoms that you feel from anxiety cannot hurt you. They feel uncomfortable and weird but that is all they can do.

you can control this! If your heart starts to race, instead of reacting with anxiety and making it worse, just say to yourself "it's OK . I can handle this. This will pass"

that way your brain doesn't become excited again and shoot out more adrenaline. Or lie down and listen to one of the audios.  so remember…

     do not overreact to symptoms!

use the audio meditations found on YouTube

do the breathing technique make sure your belly rises on inhalation

try to get the book called mindfulness ,

try to speak with a counselor who specializes in anxiety

exercise releases endorphins in the brain which is the feel-good hormones and it calms you down.

stay social stay active it keep your mind off of things

     follow up with your doctor

and remember symptoms that are caused by anxiety cannot hurt you!

you have to be relentless with this. You are way too young and should be enjoying your life. This does not have to beat you!

it could very well be anxiety attacks but they can sure make you feel awful.

yes definitely follow up with the doctor specially since you're having the issue with eating.    maybe you can try to drink some type of healthy shake just to get some nutrition for now.  Be sure to stay hydrated.

If your having a panic attack now, you can go to YouTube and search for panic attack emergency. There's a few to choose from. Works better with earbuds. After you've calm down you can read my other message.
