I would expect that the best advice is to consult an expert in that area. It may be difficult to find such a doctor but I would think there are such individuals. You may find some answers by researching your problem primarily on the internet and it is surprising what can be found on the internet as many articles are written by experts.

However it is prudent to not believe all that is suggested and only to rely on sites that are written by proven experts.

Pub med articles usually are good and the research articles by doctors in the USA as well as the Oxford medical issues.

One thing I personally can confirm is that infections of the prostate can most definitely adversely affect the reproductive system in all sorts of ways but getting many a doctor of my acquaintance to listen to those problems is often and sometime all but impossible....

My advice is always to not sit there worrying but to write to your doctor stating your concerns and if you are in the UK you should be able to resolve your issues.

Hi Aaron, The consistency of your semen(which includes sperm & other fluids) can be an indicator of male health & fertility....this thinning of semen can be temporary due to recent infection, increased ejaculation and etc...but, it can be an indicator for other medical issues...so yes, see your Dr. so you can be sure what's going on!! Best Wishes🍀☮
