Im not sexually active, and this appeared on my foreskin, i do masturbate dry with no lotions and daily, these pimples are not painful or itchy at all, im freaking out already...

theres no possibility of it being hpv if you are not sexually active with someone who has it. hope this helps.

They look pretty normal to me. It could be genital warts. If you begin to have more growth of those, then there is a possibility it is genital warts.
