Needing advice.

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at the age of 14. I've been taking levothyroxine starting at 25 mg and am now on 100mg. Recently anxiety hit me like a freight train so I'm battling to not be a hypochondriac about everything while still trying to get myself better and "back to normal" in the beginning before anxiety struck, I was on 100mg and was doing fine. Since battling with anxiety and trying to find the right medicin to suit me, I noticed this morning after taking it I started getting "vertigo" symptoms and a extremely bad headache. Could it be that I'm on too high of a dose and it's causing me to feel this way? Or is it my anxiety medicine making me feel this way?

Hi Tinkerbell. Sorry for the late reply but it could be that your body is not used to the high dosage and is still trying to readjust. Maybe talk to your doctor and tell him or her how you are feeling and tell your doctor about your anxiety. I hope this helps. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism when I was 7 and the anxiety part that comes with this disease sucks.

I wish you all the best and I hope you feel better smile x

I'm gonna be talking with my doctor some time today. I've been on it for quite some time. More than a month I can say. when I first started taking it, everything was going good. It wasn't until recently when I was put on anxiety medicine that I've felt this way. This disease sucks. It seems like when one problem gets sorted out another one seems to happen.
