Needing advice on finace's mystery health condition

Hi,
Over the last year I have grown increasingly concerned with my bf of 13 years (now fiance). About 15 months ago, he started experiencing random falls (several times a week). He finally went to his dr and did a sitting/standing table exam which revealed a drastic blood pressure drop, so his medication was changed. This finally seemed to resolve the issue but in the last 2 weeks the dizziness has returned, along with other behaviors, i.e, forgetfulness, refusal to eat/hiding food (this week he maybe had the equivalency of one half a portion meal in 8 days), not bathing or changing clothes for weeks. He's also having anger outbursts, swollen legs, and fatigue. He will not talk to me or his son (His ICE contact). He is also having problem with his side after falling on his stomach a week ago. He did go to the Dr., but claims no word. Orangeish red urine that actually stains the toilets Also heavy smoking and alcohol usage over the last few decades, though alcohol has been reduced. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Prior history: Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, Myocardial infraction in 2001 2x stent placement, Disorder of coronary artery, He is aware of a stroke in 2007 which he hid from Dr. and myself/family, Basal Cell carcinoma on nose in 2010, Depression, and Benign prosatic hypertrophy.
At present, he is only taking a low dose aspirin, Lipitor, Cymbalta, and Metoprolol.
Thank you!

He certainly does seem to have a serious health problem .....and for his sake I think that both yourself and his son must intervene.....
I truly hope that everything works out well for all three of you.....best wishes, and I hope that he begins to improve very soon.....sincere regards to you all.....hugs dee xxx

Thanks Deidre.. I haven't worked in awhile due to my own health issues, which sadly keeps me from getting insurance to see my old gp since I have no insurance. His son and I don't speak and he's threatened to call off our engagment should I speak with him about it.. though at this point I'm willing to hold off if it comes down to it. Secrecy is everything to him about his health, but it's certainly taking a toll on my mental health going from fiance to caregiver basically...

I intend to get a special dr for myself, though in Tennessee, our resources are just atrocious. Talked to friends and family that believe the situation is dire also. I emailed his Dr once in secrecy. He is trying to get him to be more honest in relation to what I've discussed, but unfortunately, could not go into details with me or contact me other than to say it would be a HIPAA voilation to further discuss it without my fiance's consent. Rock and a hard place so it feels.
I'm going to keep researching. Today, he could barely crawl into the bed for his daily nap(s).
Unfortunately, both of my significant other's parents have passed. We have a 35 year age difference (he, being 67, while I am only 32). Given the strained relationship with his family over past issues is putting a big roadblock to the whole situation, and anytime I've felt the need to call an ambulance is met with absolute disapproval and threats.
TY so much though, I need all of the help I can get. While I've been ill myself with PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression (constant vomiting and anxiety attacks due to the stress), he's starting to forget to acknowledge that.. spent the last 2 days as a nervous wreck over his health and physically ill` no acknowledgement, only referencing how dirty his house was and if I could clean the tub and toilets, dishes, laundry,etc... but that's been a major part of this "mental change".

Hi All,
Just an update. His Dr. sent him to the hospital today. Made him go, as it's been nearly 2 weeks since he's eaten more than a few bites and having difficulty walking. The fall/ CT scan revealed he had fluid build up around his stomach and upper chest/heart area. CT also revealed signs of cirrhosis and one other issue he wouldn't disclose They are going to have the fluid drained today ASAP, as well as another CT and MRI.. not exactly sure what all of this means as of yet, but will keep an update going in case anyone else has this issue.
