for the past 7 mounths I get blurred vision and some numbness on face also pressure pain behind my right eye and i get disoriented it's not all the time just sometimes through out the day it lasts from 5 to 10 minutes until I feel normal again

However as others have said, you need to see a doctor ASAP! Aneurysms are not the only potentially serious medical issue which can arise.
