I played football 3 days ago. Then on the eve of next day,I started to have pain on the middle front and lower back part of the thigh. It occurs when climbing up or down stairs and when sitting down and getting up.I applied heat yesterday but it didn't help at all. Any remedies that I can try at home or should I visit a doctor??!!

Hi this is a group for posts about or related to DWP benefits etc. Your question isn't related to benefits from what you say.
I suggest you visit your doctor to check things out.

We aren't doctors here, sorry. This is a benefits advice forum. No one on the internet will be able to tell you anything. What you really need to do is visit your GP.
