needles and pins

I've hot needles and pins around my right ear. I'm a diabetic and I think they are related. is there a cure for this.

HI JORDAN, get to your doctor and ask him/her for a referral to a neurologist. If you are feeling pins and needles then most likely nerves are involved. These symptoms require prompt attention so you dont cause further damage. Best of luck.
