Needs way to relax

Just feel so anxious recently & want any suggestions to help me relax please

    Hi, I try to relax, starting by unclinching my jaw, it may sound daft but I feel the tension in my neck and shoulders ease . It will take a few goes, I find just by unlocking my jaw breathing with slow or shallow breaths through my mouth helps me empty my mind. U will feel your body relax. It's almost like meditation. Another thing I do is wiggle my toes and fingers again breathing through my mouth. it's just a simple way of taking your thoughts away from your anxiety . Helps me .

    Deep breathing- Inhale by nose 4 seconds, hold 5-7 seconds, exhale mouth 8 seconds. Repeat this a few times twice daily.  Get some lavander oil and diffuser. Makes you relax without losing concentration. The deep briething you can do sitting or complete laying back. Listen to some recording for anxiety available free on the internet. Drink some tea for stress or even B vitamins B1-2-3-6-8-9 and 12.

    btw, the deep briething inhale to your stomach, not chest. So put one hand on your stomach and make sure the air is going there.

    Hi chick I'm sorry you're feeling so anxious. I felt similar to you for years but I found a book called The secret of how to be happy by Mark Wilson helped me feel much better. Hope it helps xx
