Negative ANA/ High CRP/ Lupus Anticoagulant

Advise needed....been through some bloodwork due to my lupus related symptoms. Bloodwork came back with negative ANA twice, off the charts CRP levels twice, and now lupus anticoagulant. Has anyone else experienced these kinds of results and been diagnosed with Lupus?

My first appointment with rheumy isnt until 12/24th so just trying to get an idea of what to expect with these types of results.

Additionally, white and red.blood cell count was good but on the high end of good. Gynecologist took me off birth control immediately and had me start Bayer 81mg.

Any advise is very much appreciated!
