Negative HSV 1+2 swabs but reoccurring rash

A couple of months back I had similar inflammation and bumps in roughly the same area and saw my gyn , they agreed to test though said it looks more like folliculitis, but I have always had sensitive skin and don't remember anything like this ever occurring prior. I had negative results with a swab test but am worried it was farther along and may have been false. It is asymptomatic, not uncomfortable and nothing comes out when they're touched but I did nervously pick at it which resulted in blood and some clear fluid, similar to when you squeeze a pimple too early. Nowhere reasonably close to me has available testing for at least another week so I have to wait, is there anything else this could be?

    I cant tell anything from this single photo, its just one photo and its not clear.

    As far as testing once you are out of the IGM window no test can reliably detect herpes. You need to wait 3 months and have an IGG blood test done. This will be a definitive test.
