Negative tests- still worried

i've been in stress mode for months. I had a non-consensual sexual encounter in the beginning of January. 5 weeks later I had burning in my legs, back, thighs, and had a low grade fever and flu like symptoms for a few days during that time. I tested for HSV1 and 2 at 5 weeks via igg and igm, they were negative. I tested igg at 10 weeks and it was negative. At 12 and a half weeks I got the Western Blot test and that was negative. I keep getting this one small open split in skin on my perineum leading into my anus. It happens every like 10 days or so. It disappears in 48 hours so I haven't been able to go to the doctor for it. I did a swab from 24/7 lab test and that was negative. I am still convinced I have it despite the negative tests. I have had every symptom and keep getting that one reoccurring split in skin. Has anyone experienced this? I don't know how to trust the results because I truly feel I have it.

if your western blot came back negative theres no way you have it. ripped skin by perineum probably from trauma and rough sex. if you dont experience any tingling , itching , open sores or stinging i dont know how many tests you would need to see before you convince yourself.

I haven't had sex in months. I have had tingling all over my backside off and on for months. Itchiness that comes and goes. i've had every symptom. So I just don't know if somehow my antibodies aren't formed yet to show up on a test. I just find it so hard to believe I don't have it when all of the symptoms showed up after a non-consensual unprotected encounter.
