Nerve pain all over body after arousal or sexual activity

I'm a 35 year old male from New York and for the past few months I get nerve pain all over my body that lasts for a few days after any kind of sexual arousal or activity. I have gone to several doctors and all my blood work, MRIs and nerve conduction tests have come clean. I also got lichen planus starting at the same time. No other health conditions otherwise.

Any idea why this might be happening?
