Nerve pain around body help needed

Ive been getting nerve pain for about 6 months now

This all started in my neck on the left hand side

i would get a very sharp pain when moving my neck to the left

this cleared after a day

ever since the pain has always been on the right side upper back, arm, lower back mainly

i have had a brain scan and full spine mri showing nothing other than a slight disc buldge between T4 and T5 but i have been told by several people this is not the cause

i have saw 2 neurologists who both say i dont have any nerve damage. the 2nd neurologist i saw said i have a Functional Neurological Disorder and that i will get better and i need to find the cause of what triggers it

i live in fear that the pain in my neck will come back, i take pregablin 100mg twice - three times a day

if anyone has any idea of what the best thing to do is i will pay for good advice from a professional
