nerve pain in both legs

Hello good morning to all, 

Can some some help please as after 8 months they have found i have nerve pain in both of my legs but the consultant saying wheres from because not where i have the pain he does understand i have all the way down from my bum to feet but from my Knee i'm worried about it because its like dull aching pain from knee down its so nagging and very cold and my foot is very cold i still have terrible bad back even know i'm or these tablets make feel sick can any help there what do you think i need to next i know nothing about nerve pain can some on here tell me about it and it my feet i can not move my toes.i would be very grateful.i have started to get pain my hands too.

    Hello,

    I too had your symptoms. Three years later I had a spinal fusion. Ice and gabapentin help but take time to work. On occasion I still take pain meds but only after exerting myself.

      Look up sacrialic joint dysfunction, if it's that than physio will help massively, I go to the pool 4 times per week and can manage really well but can't walk outside. I also have other spine problems so I'm stuck with this until my back is fixed.

      Gabapentin will help but ice is the best Antiinflamitory you can have, I get gel ice packs as there so much easier to use, hope this helps as I understand the frustration of pain with no answeres 😊
