Nerve pain in extremities, insomnia

For last couple of years I've had nerve pain in my hands and feet sporadically throughout the day. I have also not been sleeping well and can barely get a shut eye for 2-3 hrs each night. I have tried plenty of prescription sleep meds but they don't work after a week or so. The last symptom I have is Lichen Planus which doesn't seem to go away either. All of these started around the same time. I'm not depressed. I have a full time job and hit the gym at least 3 times a week. I have done blood work several times, got my brain MRI a couple of times but nothing shows up except one report showed that I have gluten intolerance(not Celiac's) I have since stopped eating gluten. Seen at least a dozen doctors including neurologists but they haven't been able to figure it out.
