It depends what is causing the neuropathy.  Sometimes nerves heal but it can take at least three months.  Other times they don’t heal at all or they only heal partially.  I have neuropathy in both arms and hands, my knee and my shoulder, all from injuries.  The symptoms can strike in any of these places but rarely all at once.  My hands and arms are the worst. Damp weather, and nighttime makes it worse; hot cllimates help it.  I have found nothing medication wise that works.  I was offered low dose anti depressants but I declined them because they are toxic.  I decided to put up with the flare ups because I can’t be bothered wasting time chasing around for solutions.

Hi thanks for the response. The weird thing about mine is that I didn’t hurt myself. It just showed up one day.

I hope it’s some fixable. I’m hopefully going to a neurologist next week.
