Nerve pain-post procedure SOS

hi all, im desperate. i had foot surgery in march. i shattered a bone and had the fragments removed and a tendon repaired due to the bone. i have so much nerve pain i only sleep a few hours a night. PT helps, but i didnt know if anyone had any tips or tricks for relief.

    i should also note that ive tried taking 10 mg of melatonin, ive tried drinking wine, benadryl, sleepy time chamomille tea. i feel like ive tried everything even combos of the listed above. i cannot fall asleep/stay asleep with this nerve pain.

    There are several medications that may help the nerve pain that your doctor could prescribe. These include lyrica, cymbalta, gabapenten, to name a few. Be aware of possible side effects , and some people get relief from cbd oil sub lingual. good luck.
