Boy, my heart goes out to you both. You are the 3rd person here who has said the Nevro has made. One had it taken out, and it got a little better.  I pray that you find some relief.

    Hi LukeMiles2

Thanks for writing but I cant help you for shingles. I am aware of the Nevro nerve stimulator but in my case it would be for loer back pain due to sspinal stenosis. However I have to really think about it. I think I will try trigger point injections if I can get relief for maybe two weeks. If not, its not worth it. Then I would have to think of other things. Meanwhile, I hope you can conquer the shingle problem. I wish you luck in this. I am wondering if you are able to be vaccinated for shingles? I did recently get my shot and hope I dont get it. I dont need it with all the othe crap I have in my life. Let me know how you are doing. Meanwhile, take care, feel better and I hope doctors can find away to fix it.

I'm going to get the shingles shot as soon as I get some money.

Thanks Luke for the message. I dont believe that I have shingles as my doctor would have told me. According to my PA at the dermatologist, she said that it was psiorisis. It looks pretty bad though. Yes, the shot is rather expensive but for some reason I didn't have to pay for it. Anyway I will keep this short as it is getting late and almost 1:00 am in the morning. So take care and we can talk soon.

      Hey Tiger (Mel),

I was just reading up on psoriasis.  Looks like there can be any number of causes for it.  Stress being one of them.  How do you fight stress when having chronic pain, and adding on the severe pain that psoriasis causes. And it can be systemic, which I am pretty sure means it gets into the blood stream. I bet you feel like a mess! Did you know hat there is a foundatin called National Psoriasis Foundation?

      Take care,
