Nervous about 1st screen...

When my mom was in her late 30's, early 40's, she had Uterine cancer. She was diagnosed very early, basically stage 1 or less. They caught the mass and did a partial hysterectomy, and she never needed chemo/radiation. But at a follow up scan they found additional cells and ended up removing the rest.

she was anaemic. She didn't know it at the time, but basically was craving ice chunks, pale, etc. She bruised easily. she was getting UTI's or feeling like she had them because she had to pee all the time. All of a sudden, she started having stomach pains. Severe ones. But, they were sporadic and she assume they were bad period cramps because they came with bleeding. But one day at work, she got them really bad. and on her way to the bathroom, she said she literally felt like a "Pop" in her stomach, and gushed blood. Turned out it was the tumor. Thats how we found out.

Now, obviously I am not writing this because of my moms random stage 1 cancer from 15 years ago.

I am 31 - Female. My symptoms lately have mirrored hers... and after my physical, I am now scheduled for a specialist appointment with a hematologist and an ultrasound in 2 days. And i am panicked and worried about the results. I should just wait and find out, but i cant shake the feeling that somethings wrong.

For anyone curious why its at that stage -

I have anaemia. Its been ongoing for a while, but the iron pills make me sick so I haven't really been treating it. I pop a pill every now and then when i can stomach the side affects (horrible bouts of diarrhea - i have IBS already). But my numbers decreased a lot... more than any decrease in years prior. A lot more...

From 2019 to now, my numbers have changed as follows:

White Blood count dropped from 6.5 to 6.2 (minimal)

Red Blood stayed the same

Hemoglobin (Normal range of 11.7-15.5) dropped from an already low 9.1 to 7.4

Hematocrit (Normal range of 35-45) dropped from an already low 31.8 to 28.6

I also have been having weird side affects/symptoms which to be honest, i never tied to the anaemia.

stomach cramps so bad it felt like my gall bladder had re-grown just to torture me again (removed in 2010) or maybe that my apendix burst... but a costly trip to the ER and they diagnosed "Indigestion". This later on the 2nd round of these pains, became a diagnosis of a probable peptic ulcer. the pains wrap around from my stomach to my crotch, and all the way around to my lower back.

I have bad random bruises, never in spots that i can recall injury to...

Heart palpitations that they say may be tied to my anemia or else maybe anxiety attacks?

And most recently, i have basically had 2 periods a month. I was perfectly normal, no issues, but then about a half a week after my period i have been bleeding for a few more days (heavy too). I have to wear a pad for like 2 weeks a month.
