    Hi Amy

I have done orlistat properly and not properly. If you follow it correctly you will have zero problems with oil. If you don't stick to it you will have oil leakage, have to run to toilet etc. I've been on them 2 weeks this time round and haven't even noticed I'm taking them because have had no oil at all because I've stuck to it 100%

    Good luck

Hi, if u have had high fat foods in the last couple of days it will get rid of that fat so I suggest you have a couple of days being good then start them.

I had a bad head when I started them, but like already said it you follow the fat rule of below 5g of fat per 100g you will be fine.

I used my fitness pal to check fat content if it wasn't labeled. Good luck. Xx

Ive had my pills for little over two weeks and too scared to start. Im at work the same as you 9-5 and at my boyfriends of a weekend so dont really want to be running to the toilet!

Let me know how you get on. Think im going to eat clean for a few days then start Monday to be safe.
