Does any of you ladies while going through menopause have a nervous stomach every morning you wake up. This seen like a new symptoms hit outer nowhere.

Yes, I have this. I think it is all to do with the anxiety symptom. Sometimes mine goes minutes after waking & sometimes it stays all day. I have found HRT has helped with this. Hope yours doesn't last!

yes i wake with this most morning since september last year, definately anxiety related bought on by the menopause, including bloating, im drinking green tea with manuka honey (about a week now) its disgusting but my tummy feels better for it x

Do you have reflux? If so, does the green tea and honey help with that?

not at the moment but did last year, i do think it would help though it seems to be calming my tummy. a lot of my issues are anxiety related caused by my erratic hormones. if you try green tea only leave the bag in for 2/3 minutes max or it will be too strong & youll really struggle to drink it! x

Oh, I actually like green tea thick haha, but I wasn't sure if caffeinated tea might have an adverse effect. Thank you, I'll give it a try!
