Neural Pathways

Habits form, and we have a hard time getting rid of them. Our Neural pathways need to be retrained, it's called Neuroplasticity, meaning we all have the ability to kick habits.
Try focusing on new subjects, cancel old thoughts, we all can create new brain pathways when ever your ready to make the shift, in other words your retraining your brain.
Do some research on Neural Pathways, we all have them, and we here have habits we like to discuss. Remember these habits can be altered just like any habit, believe it!

Then because of various situations, circumstances we tend to create new habits, new conditioning, and we follow them like a caboose.following the train where ever it leads us.
Time to realize we are not part of the train system, we have the capacity to jump the tracks, time to move in different directions, or roll along the choo choo train to no where.

1. You are what friends are - Look at a family with more than one child and notice who their friends are. There can be a child who is a great kid good in school etc. and most likely most of their friends are as well.Same family different child hangs out with bad kids more than likely that child will also pick up the same bad habits.
2. I've seen this one first hand - Take a dynamic worker and put that employee with a bunch of slackers and guess what over a period of time the dynamic one adapts to the enviornment and becomes like the others in the group.
We are a product of our enviorment. and thoughts. (If you feel like you can't do something or shake off a problem you never will untill you retrain the brain and think positive.
