Neurological Concerns

I am a 19 year old male. I have been concerned about neurological disease for the past 3 - 4 years. Some of my symptoms include head pain that is confined to a specific area on the right side of my head, occasional visual unsteadiness, and occasional tingling in the extremities. I have seen two neurologists for a total of five neurological evaluations, all of which were clear. I had a brain MRI which came back clear. I had a brain MRA which also came back clear. The MRI and MRA were both non-contrast and I'm pretty sure the field strength for both was 1.5 tesla. I am now worried that something like an unruptured aneurysm was missed and I no longer feel reassured by the test results. My latest neurologist sent me a letter stating I likely suffer from hypochondriasis and terminated our doctor-patient relationship.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing this, especially at such a young age. Unfortunately I don't have any answers. I'm experiencing pain, tingling and pressure as we speak, and has been going on for a year now and still no answers. I panicked about my condition in the beginning, and it only made the symptoms worst so I'm just trying to cope with it. I'm hoping you get some answers!
