Neurological disorder

Hi, for the last 2 and a half years I’ve been experiencing neurological issues in my head. It all started with my head feeling heavy and I wasn’t able to hold it up without resting my head on my chin. Gradually the symptoms have got worse my head constantly feels heavy and it’s pulsating and throbbing when leaned against something ie couch or my hand which is uncomfortable when I’m lying or sitting down. I also get spams in my head which last for a couple of seconds and happen randomly. I worked in an office so thought it may had something to do with bad posture. However, I’ve had a CT scan, muscle and nerve tests and MRI which all came back normal. I also seen an ms specialist who looked at my mri and ruled out ms as 2 members in my family have it. Recently my symptoms are getting worse as I feel my arms feel weak. I’ve also been to physio so see if that was the issue as my neck constantly cracks and grinds when I move but they said I have weak deep neck flexors and have me exercises to do but this has not helped my head. I feel really depressed about it as it’s so hard to get on with my life as I don’t know what’s going on and everything feels like an effort because of this. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I also experience tinnitus which started with these symptoms and when I wake up in the morning my nose makes a snapping/cracking sound which I went to my doctor to see if it had anything to do with my sinuses and was given a nasal spray but it's still ongoing. Also forgot to me mention my head tingles and feels numb which travels to my forehead and nose.
