Neurological Disorder

For the last 2 and a half years I’ve been experiencing neurological issues in my head. It all started with my head feeling heavy and I wasn’t able to hold it up without resting my head on my chin. Gradually the symptoms have got worse as my head feels numb and tingling and constantly feels heavy with pulsating and throbbing(painless) when leaned against something ie couch or my hand which leaves me with constantly feeling uncomfortable and unsettled as I also get spams in my head which last for a couple of seconds when my head seems to be still and happen randomly. I also get random headaches at different parts of my head but not too severe. I worked in an office so thought it may had something to do with bad posture. However, I’ve had a CT scan, muscle and nerve tests and MRI which all came back normal. I also seen an ms specialist who looked at my mri and ruled out ms as 2 members in my family have it. Recently my symptoms are getting worse as I feel my arms feel weak. I’ve also been to physio so see if that was the issue as my neck constantly cracks and grinds when I move but they said I have weak deep neck flexors and have me exercises to do but this has not helped my head. I also feel like im going to pass out everytime i get out a hot bath and when i stand up almost every time my I feel dizzy and I see small dots flying around although I recently had an eye test which ruled out anything serious from their end. It also might be worth mentioning when I get out a hot bath I feel like my wrists are aching with a strange sensation. I feel really depressed about it as it’s constant from the second I wake up till I fall asleep which is hard to get on with my life as I don’t know what’s going on and everything feels like an effort because of this. I am currently waiting on a second opinion but my GP said that might take up to 12 months for another MRI to see if there has been any changes since the last one 2 years ago. Does anyone have any experience with this?
