Neurological issue or I'm overreacting?

So I've been having throat issues since a week or 2 ago. I had this weird funny feeling in the back of my throat (left side). At the same time, I had back pain, which now subsided (Idk if that's something else or related).

Then the past few days have been worse. Sometimes I think I'm slurring. Most of the time I'll be belching or burping and sometimes that will alleviate my symptoms. Voice pitch/range seem a bit off. Swallowing has been good for the most part, but sometimes I think there might be some difficulty. It's like the throat is weak or something. I do feel pain in throat sometimes. Then today, when I want to say something and say it, I end up saying it in a low voice. When I say it again, I say it normally. There were couple of times where I had nausea and headache. I also get body twitching at the same time (super active individual)

What's going on? I'll be seeing doctor in a bit. Is this GERD or a throat illness? Is it caused by less than 8 hr sleep (6-7 hrs)? Could I had COVID? Before this happened, I had a sore dried throat where I thought it's allergies, especially after returning from vacation. No coughing and a rapid test said Im negative. I'm worried it could be worse than that.
