Neurological question

Hi everyone.
Please help me.
My girlfriend has been suffering with nausea, vomiting, dizziness, headaches an she experiences a mild fever that is on and off, and she feels weak a lot of the time. Her GP has recommended her to see a neurologist but the appointment is a long way out. She feels like this at any time of the day, even while walking. She is not pregnant.
Have any of you guys experienced this?
Any idea what could be causing these symptoms?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

In reality this could potentially be a vast array of conditions most being easily treatable. First question is if she has had any tests and if so what were they and did they flag anything up. Second question is how long has she been experiencing these symptoms. In reality there is no point in speculating about what it could be, there is a fair chance it is an infection of some kind or even Lyme disease can present these symptoms.
I do wonder why she has been referred to a neurologist though, personally cant see what a neurologist can do for her unless its for scans. In my experience things move slowly through the NHS so hang tight, diagnosis could take a while. Also, monitor symptoms closely, try and keep track of when things are getting worse or better. I have seen many people present these symptoms and make a quick recovery with some antibiotics. That being said, only use antibiotics under advice from your general practitioner.
