Never had a heat infection before? Do I have one now or is it an Std???

hello, im super sorry for the graphic images but if anyone could help it would be appreciated!! i had sex for the first time in over a year and about a week later I started feeling itchy down there (it was unprotected....I know im an idiot)

its only been slightly itchy and irritated. sometimes I can go hours without noticing. do I need to see a doctor or am I working myself up? imageimage

      I'm not smelly and my discharge is normal. this is why im confused!! 😦( and i cant tell if it's partially me overthinking at this point

      Im going through this too ! . i was told it was bacteria vagonsis . i haven't gotten tested yet but im going very soon
