Never had a Yeast Infection- is this it? 🥺 Pic included, help appreciated!

Before my last period I had burning pain around my urethra that would come and go, and took 2 different UTI antibiotics over 2 weeks- both labs came back negative for UTI and STD's. The burning never completely went away but did ease, and I noticed occasional itching, which I didn't think much of.

Now almost two weeks after, I have itching all over the vulva area that comes and goes, some mild burning / soreness from the urethra/vagina area, and most recently, odd discharge. No smell + white. It's really watery in my underwear (which is normal for me) but the itchiness and sticky/stringy look on my bits isn't right. I have a photo from taking a look the other night, otherwise I wouldn't have known about it since it doesn't look like that on TP or underwear.

I'm going to the GP soon and will request a swab, but after a month of dealing with this crap I'd love some input from those who may have experienced this.

(not the most flattering but it might be the key to my problem?!)
