never knowing when a migraine will strike next

Hi! I'm in the process of writing a book about my experience with chronic migraine that I hope will shine a light on what it's really like to have this condition. In addition to sharing my personal journey, I'd like to include the experiences of fellow migraine fighters. If you wouldn't mind me including your comments in my book, please reply to this topic. It will be 100% anonymous and I will not include your user name, just your words.

I'm currently writing a chapter about the unpredictable nature of migraine and how that has made my chronic migraines so much more difficult to deal with. Do you find this to be the case? How has the fact that you can't anticipate when an attack will happen impacted your life? Thanks so much for your help!
