Nevro HF10 implant programs

I had a Nevro HF10 SCS implanted in November and I would say I am 80% better. But sometimes I get leg pain in the middle of the night, no where near the pain I got before the implant but enough to wake me.

I am confused on how the programs work because I get different answers from different reps. I am almost afraid to change the programs thinking maybe I should leave well enough alone. Does anyone have an understanding of how the programs work and if going up in programs takes more from the battery life?
