Nevro HF10 Over-Stimulation

Does anyone have experience with Nevro HF10 causing overstimulation?

The rep calls me a “quick responder” and getting over-stimulation which is in my opinion increasing the existing pain and causing new pain.

If you suffered this over-stimulation, what worked to solve this? I guess I am looking for data that points me in the right direction.

The rep is super friendly and responsive, meeting them next week at the Doctor’s office to adjust. It is clear to me that they have tens/hundreds of different settings that change the amplitude, frequency and amount of stimulation.

What is a bit frustrating is that there have been periods of time where I have gotten 90%+ relief, it was unreal! However this was not long lived and I am finding myself always adjusting to get back to that level, pain has fluctuated and currently going through a tough period or additional and increased pain.

Currently I have the stimulation not set permanent but I 20 seconds on / 60 seconds off. Is it common to take a while to find the right setting?

Thank you!
